Although Costa Rica surfers don’t get the huge waves of some other surfing destination they do get 5-7 foot waves on a regular basis which makes for consistent fun and exciting surfing for everyone.

Playa Hermosa in Puntarenas is about five kms from Jaco, and is one of the top surfing locales in Costa Rica offering surfers some of the best and most consistent surf breaks in the world.
